Prelude of a year of changes

Starting a blog is like taking on a new hobby - it's exciting at first, but as time goes on, it becomes harder to keep up with. I've started several blogs in the past, but they all eventually died off as I struggled to maintain a consistent record of my public life.

This time around, I'm determined to make it different. Well, to be honest, I don't really know what's going to happen. But one thing that's clear is that my website will now be primarily in English.

Before I continue, I want to make something clear for myself and anyone reading: this is my blog, my life, my stuff. It's going to be a challenge to put my thoughts into words in English, and they will all be from my personal point of view. This won't be a code-reference site, a step-by-step DIY guide, or a travel blog.

I've tried in the past to share my experiences with the world and broaden people's perspectives, but I've come to realize that my way of enjoying life may not resonate with everyone.

That being said, I wanted to share that today marks an important date for me. I'm embarking on a 3-month journey away from my home country of Malta. While I'll definitely miss it, I'm excited to share my experiences along the way through regular posts on this blog.
